Host

The site is hosted by Alkante under the domain name www.mycocentral.eu, which is owned by ANSES.

Purpose of the site

This site is designed to centralise and disseminate information – whether obtained experimentally or generated by in silico tools – on the effects of mycotoxins, in order to identify research needs and facilitate their toxicological assessment. Similar data are standardised and then presented in a single unit to simplify comparisons. Additional information on mycotoxin-producing fungi is also provided, which may be expanded in the future to include other information (on remediation, mitigation, detection methods and occurrence, for example). This website therefore aims to help stakeholders faced with the issue of mycotoxins.

ANSES cannot be held responsible for the information contained on sites to which there are links on the MycoCentral Database website.
ANSES cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect harm of any nature whatsoever resulting from the use, even partial, of the information on this site.
The website does not accept any form of advertising or receive any funding from advertising.

Processing of personal data

ANSES is committed to ensuring that the processing of personal data on the MycoCentral Database website complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French Act 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms (the French Data Protection Act). In accordance with the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to object to, access, rectify and delete any data that concern you. You can exercise this right by contacting agritox@anses.fr. After three years, the registered user's email address is automatically deleted.
The email address received when a person wishes to download data is never passed on to third parties.

At no time shall the reuse of data, regardless of the media or form, give the impression that ANSES participates in or endorses the action of the user.
The ANSES logo is a registered, protected design whose use is authorised in limited cases. Any use of the ANSES logo requires a request to be made to ANSES via agritox@anses.fr, which can only be granted on formal written authorisation of the Director General of ANSES.
Partial data extraction is allowed after email registration. Use and re-distribution of the data, in part, is allowed but not for commercial purposes.

However, under no circumstances shall the pages of this website be nested inside the pages of another site. All efforts shall be made to clearly indicate to the user that they are visiting the MycoCentral Database website and to enable them to browse freely.
In other cases, and particularly:

For its part, ANSES establishes links only on public websites and shall not be liable for any links towards its own site.
However, if you create a link to the website, we ask you to inform us via agritox@anses.fr.
